Our Story
12 Invest was founded as a response to the structural gap that exists in Southeast Europe – between available international capital and quality-structured, executable projects. The company emerged from practical experience working with institutional actors, strategic investors from the EU and Middle East, as well as coordinating projects in regulated environments and procurement processes. Focus is on infrastructure, utilities sector, energy and long-term real asset investments – segments that require careful structuring, execution discipline and international perspective.
